Before you install or update

Back up your configuration and use a maintenance window. Windows may show “Unknown Publisher”: release-manifest signing is not Windows Authenticode signing.

An unresolved earlier job can block updates, agent upgrades or reboots. Version 1.0.0 does not automatically repair legacy stuck jobs. Proxmox, TrueNAS, Steam and interrupted-operation recovery remain Beta; CORE is not confirmed supported.

Which Linux package?

x64 is for 64-bit Intel/AMD systems. ARM64 is for 64-bit ARM systems. Choose the regular Linux package for Ubuntu/Debian; musl packages are for compatible musl-based systems. ARM64, musl and macOS agent packages remain experimental—not native-runtime certification.

Controller updates are still manual in 1.0.0. Direct package hosting does not, by itself, enable the next build’s automatic agent-update checks.
